RETURN PROCEDURE
You can choose to follow the standard online return procedure, to deliver the package to a drop-off point or to return your purchase to a Boutique.
a) If you choose the normal online returns procedure, you must provide your collection address, telephone number and a collection date, as these details will be shared directly with the courier. Once you have completed the online form, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange request, which will include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the documents you need to print. In the event that the indicated collection date does not meet your needs, you can contact the courier using the telephone number shown here to arrange a collection date. The courier will ask for the shipment tracking number included in the "Return or Exchange Confirmation" email. Alternatively, you can contact us for further assistance.
b) If you choose to deliver the package to one of the courier's offices, first complete the return/exchange request online. Once you have entered all the details, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping label. Before taking it to the delivery point, you must print the label and attach it to the outside of the package.
c) If you choose to return to the Milan Boutique, once you have completed the online form, we will send you an email confirming your return request, which will include the Return Authorization Number (RAN). Remember to bring the following documents (printed or on smartphone) with you to the Boutique to complete the return:
- a valid identity document.
- the "Purchase Confirmation" or "Return Request" e-mail;
- a copy of your identity document and a valid identity document of the delegate (you can delegate another person to return your products on your behalf).
Prepare the package for the return
If you choose the standard online return procedure or take it to a delivery point, you will have to insert the products you wish to return or replace inside the original boxes. Make sure all labels from the previous shipment have been removed. If the outer box is too damaged to be reused, replace it with a similar box that can provide adequate protection for the products. Finally, tightly seal the package and attach the shipping label for the carrier. If you choose to return your purchase to the Boutique, insert the products you wish to return in their original Filati Romani packaging.
Make sure the security tag and all tags have not been removed from the products you wish to return. Any packaging and accessories shipped in the original package must also be returned. The products must not show any signs of wear, therefore they must not have been used or altered in any way. The lack of one of the requirements described above will make it impossible to accept the return request.
Hand the package over to the courier or take it to the delivery point or Boutique.
Deliver the package to the courier according to the date and times previously agreed, alternatively bring your purchase to your preferred delivery point or to the Boutique together with the documents listed in point c.
We remind you that each return request refers to the products contained in a single order. For different orders, separate return requests must be activated. Filati Romani products must be delivered to the courier for shipping or to the delivery point or to the Boutique within 15 days of receiving the return authorization. Upon receipt of the products and having been inspected by our quality control personnel, we will notify you of acceptance of the return. In the event that a replacement request is accepted, and you have requested the regular online replacement procedure or the redelivery option at a delivery point, the new product delivery service will be managed by Filati Romani and we will provide you with a new tracking number. In this case, if your return or exchange request is refused, any additional shipping costs will not be refunded.
